If glandular tissue is involved, no amount of diet or training will fully flatten the chest. Surgery is often the only option that will deliver the results people are looking for.
Incisions are usually placed around the areola and are discreet once healed. If skin is removed, scarring may be more noticeable, but the scars will fade over time. If you’re prone to keloid scarring, talk with your surgeon about what to expect and how to best manage healing.
