Your surgeon and nurse will speak with you about the recovery process specific to your procedure.
In general, here’s what most patients
can expect after surgery:

See unusual discharge (pus, foul odour, heavy bleeding).

Progress smoothly from narcotics (if prescribed) to Tylenol or Advil.
Use ice packs gently to reduce swelling—always wrap them in cloth.
